October 9 (Special Date): Justice Across Borders followed by a Debate Watch party

Join us at a special date, and a different location, this October. Noah Bullock, Executive Director of Cristosal will be with us. Cristosal is a fast-growing Anglican Human Rights and Social Justice organizing group based in El Salvador. On the national holiday weekend named for Christopher Columbus, Holy Communion is exploring a relationship with El Salvador. Columbus day has come into controversy in recent years. We thought there was no better time to look at issues of justice that continue to connect North America and Central America.

After Noah’s presentation, stick around for a debate watch party. We’ll watch the candidates for president as the speak from Washington University on the big screens.

Theology on Tap seeks to create a “low pressure” environment for conversations about faith, ethics, politics, and life today.  Join us and bring friends.

This month only: Theology on Tap will be live at the Handlebar in the Grove at 6:3opm on Sunday October 9.
